Join us for a "Floating Soundbath" on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Sandy Creek Park.
Meet at the Sandy Creek boat ramp at 5pm, launch at 5:30pm.

We will paddle 1/2 mile to a quiet cove where Lucy will give a 30-45 minute "Floating Soundbath"
A floating sound bath is a relaxation experience where you float on water while being immersed in soothing sounds like singing bowls, gongs, or ambient music. This experience s designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and create a deep sense of physical and mental release.
Bring your own boat, paddle and PFD. It is recommended to bring your own 10 foot section of rope and weight to anchor your boat during the soundbath.

Floating Soundbath
This is a free event however a suggested donation of $15-30 is encouraged. A donation is not required in order to participate. You are responsible for providing your own boat, paddle, life jacket. It is recommended you bring a 10' section of cord and a weight to "anchor" yourself during the soundbath.
